SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently only shipping within the UK. 

For next day delivery you will need to make your order between Monday - Thursday to guarantee your order to arrive the next day.


Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note, all delivery times are approximations and we cannot guarantee these time scales. 

Standard Delivery - Delivery in approx 3-4 working days after we have processed your order. If ordered after 3pm on a Friday your order will be processed the following Monday. 

 

1st Class Delivery - Delivery in approx 2-3 working days after we have processed your order. If ordered after 3pm on a Friday your order will be processed the following Monday.  

Sienna Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We will send a confirmation to your email as soon as the order is processed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, Royal Mail will have the most current information regarding your package. After it has left our premises, we are not liable for your package.

If your items are being shipped to a business, please include the name of the business as well as the name of the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information. Sienna Beauty will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail or any domestic delivery service used in the originated country of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If in the unlikely event you have received a faulty product or if you are dissatisfied with an item and would like a return or exchange, please notify us by email at info@siennabeauty within 30 days of receiving your order.

We offer exchange on items that are sealed and unused. This does not include tweezers which can not be returned for hygiene reasons. We will not accept lashes that have been opened either. If we are not notified within 30 days of receiving the product, it will not be able to be refunded or exchanged.

We offer refunds on items that arrive faulty. You will need to contact Sienna Beauty within 30 days of receiving your product via email, and provide images and a full description of the issue. This will then be assessed by the Sienna Beauty team. If we receive an item back that we do not think is eligible for a refund, a refund will not be processed and your item may be sent back out to you.

Please note, we are not liable for the costs of returning any items. If you are wanting to send a product back to us, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

In the occasion where an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via email with the option of exchanging these items or receiving a refund. If we do not get a reply within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise in the email) then a refund will be automatically processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for this refund to show in your account.
